$1,250 per engagement

Research, a personalized shortlist and hands-on coordination with suitable programs.

Timeline: Shortlist and written comparison typically within 5–10 business days of receiving the information and authorizations we need; coordination support for up to 60 days.

Already had a Family Consultation? Its $250 fee is credited toward this package if you begin within 30 days. Where clinically appropriate, we refer families to a qualified professional for formal assessment or level-of-care determination.

A written agreement

A signed client agreement setting out scope, deliverables, timeline, and refund and cancellation terms before paid work begins.

No referral fees

We are paid only by the families we serve. No facility pays us for referrals, admissions or placements.

Confidentiality

We share information with a facility only with your written authorization, and only what’s needed.

Honest scope

We don’t diagnose or determine level of care. When appropriate, we refer you to a qualified professional for a formal assessment.

Crediting your consultation

If you begin Personalized Treatment Navigation within 30 days of your Family Consultation, the $250 consultation fee is credited toward the $1,250 navigation fee.

How payment works

The Family Consultation is paid securely online when you book. Treatment Navigation and Intervention & Coordination are invoiced after you’ve signed your service agreement. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.

What our services don’t include

Medical or psychiatric diagnosis, treatment or emergency assessment
Level-of-care determinations, which must come from qualified clinicians and the receiving provider
Emergency or crisis response
Transportation, or in-person interventions (we currently work virtually)
Legal advice about guardianship, conservatorship or involuntary treatment
The cost of treatment itself, which you pay directly to the provider

Refunds and cancellations

Cancel a Family Consultation at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund, or reschedule once at no charge. Refunds for navigation and intervention services depend on the work completed and are set out in your agreement. Fees are never refunded or increased based on whether a facility admits your loved one. Read the full terms and refund policy.
