How we are paid

Families pay us directly for our professional services, expertise, research and coordination. Our fees are flat and published on our Services & Pricing page, and they are not contingent on anyone being admitted to any program.

We do not accept referral fees, commissions, placement incentives or anything else of value from treatment facilities or other providers in exchange for referrals.

Our founder’s position at Baja Rehab

Our founder currently holds a paid position at Baja Rehab (Rosarito, Baja California, Mexico).

Because this relationship could create, or appear to create, a conflict of interest, we:

• Tell you about it in writing before Baja Rehab is discussed as an option for your family
• Present comparable alternatives whenever suitable ones are available
• Apply the same verification standards to Baja Rehab as to every other program
• Respect your family’s decision, whatever it is

Other affiliations

None. Our founder has no other employment, ownership, financial or professional relationship with a treatment provider. We will update this page if that changes.

Our verified network

We are building our verified network carefully, one program at a time.

We describe a program as part of our verified network only after reviewing its licensing, capabilities, admission criteria, costs and potential conflicts of interest, and we record when that information was last verified. We will never claim a network size we haven’t verified.

What we are, and what we are not

• We provide education, treatment navigation and coordination.
• We are not a medical provider, treatment facility, emergency service, law firm or insurance company.
• We do not diagnose, provide treatment or determine level of care. Those decisions belong to qualified clinicians and the receiving provider.
• We cannot guarantee admission, treatment outcomes or the success of an intervention.

Advertising

We don’t use advertising trackers, remarketing, or advertising based on health information. Any advertising we run is subject to each platform’s eligibility rules for health-related services.
