A family-first approach to finding treatment
We help families make informed decisions about addiction and mental health treatment, with clinical experience, transparent fees and no referral commissions.
Why we exist
When someone you love needs treatment, the decision usually has to be made quickly, under stress, and with information that’s hard to verify. Much of the help available online is paid for, directly or indirectly, by the facilities it recommends.
Family-First Treatment Navigation works the other way around. Families hire us directly, and our job is to help them understand their options and choose care that genuinely fits. We don’t accept referral fees, commissions or placement incentives from treatment facilities, and our fees never depend on whether anyone is admitted. Our founder also holds a paid position at Baja Rehab; we disclose that up front and explain how we manage it.
We work with families in the United States and Mexico, drawing on clinical experience with treatment programs on both sides of the border. Different facilities have different admission criteria, treatment philosophies, staffing and patient populations. Helping you see those differences clearly is the core of what we do.

Our network
A verified network, built carefully
We are building a network of treatment programs in the United States and Mexico that we have verified directly: licensing and accreditation, clinical and medical capabilities, admission and exclusion criteria, costs, and any professional relationships or conflicts of interest. We re-check this information regularly and record when it was last verified.
We will always tell you whether an option is part of our verified network or a program we researched specifically for your family.
